Return Policy for One-of-a-Kind Jewelry and Custom Designs
At AmyLouise Designs, we are proud to offer both custom, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces and unique, ready-to-purchase designs. Each piece is meticulously crafted to ensure quality and individuality. Please read below for the distinction between the two types of jewelry and the associated return policies.
One-of-a-Kind Jewelry:
Purchased one-of-a-kind jewelry is a unique creation that is ready for immediate sale. As each piece is handmade and distinct, we do not accept returns or exchanges on one-of-a-kind items, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your one-of-a-kind piece arrives with a defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will be happy to discuss a repair or replacement, depending on the issue.
Custom Jewelry:
Custom jewelry is created specifically based on your requests and specifications. Due to the personalized nature of custom work, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces.
Adjustments for Fit:
We understand that sometimes a piece may need minor adjustments for fit. If you find that your one-of-a-kind or custom piece requires adjustments (such as resizing or changes to the length for a more comfortable fit), we are happy to accommodate reasonable requests. However, adjustments are subject to additional fees and cannot be made for extreme changes or redesigns that significantly alter the original piece. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to discuss any necessary changes.
Cancellations:
Once work has begun on a custom piece, cancellations are not accepted. For one-of-a-kind jewelry, cancellations must be made before the item is shipped.
